Muting Unknown Contacts Or Callers

These days people have been getting robocalls, which are becoming more frequent than ever. They can be distracting, and most people will want to silence them. To do this, navigate to Settings, tap on Phone, and select Silence Unknown Callers. With this option activated, all calls from a caller not listed in your contacts or Siri suggestions will enter voicemail immediately. You’ll be getting a notification that will inform you about a silenced call from an unidentified number. The number will be listed in your Recent List should you grow curious about it. This is a unique feature dedicated to helping you prevent distractions.

Forcing App Updates

Not everyone has the time or remembers to visit the App Store to update some apps. There are always updates on apps you’ve neglected, and updating the apps on your iOS will improve your device security and also configure any new features that are available with the new version. With this new feature of the iOS 14, you can let your device updates these apps automatically without you needing to visit the App Store.

To activate this feature, navigate to Settings, tap on App Store, and trigger the Automatic Downloads option there. You can also choose to update all apps that need to be updated. Neglecting updates of apps can sometimes place a dent in the performance of the device.

Signing Documents Digitally

This is one of the hidden features of the iPhone. With this update, you can now sign your documents easily from your iPhone without the use of a scanner and printer. You don’t have to print or scan the document as you can just use your iPhone device to sign it. All you need to do is take a screenshot of the document and tap on the thumbnail. Once you’re done taking the screenshot, tap on the Plus sign on the bottom right of the screen, then select Signature.

Input your signature on the screen or you can choose to use a saved one from your device. Once you’re done with that, drag it to fit on the document. If you wish, you can also choose to resize your signature so it can fit well with the document. After that, select Save and you’re done.

Screen Recording Without Audio

Screen recording is probably one of the most used features of an iPhone device ever since it was introduced to the device. This feature can be used when you need to share or explain something to your colleagues. But do you know that you can record your screen without the audio? You can screen record your games from online casino with real money easily without the audio being generated.

To activate this feature, navigate to Settings, tap on Control Center, and pick Screen Recording from Controls. This will add it to the Control Center. If you don’t intend for it to record audio while screen recording, long-press on the Record Screen in the Control Center, and you’ll see two options in the form of Microphone Off and Microphone On; Pick the Microphone Off to mute the audio of the screen record, and that’s it.
